## Our Commitment

At c15t, we are committed to creating an open, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all contributors, regardless of:

* Disability (visible or invisible)
* Ethnicity

* Personal appearance

* Sexual orientation

Our goal is to build a community that is diverse, supportive, and focused on collaborative innovation.

## Our Standards

### Positive Behaviors We Encourage

* **Empathy and Kindness**: Treat each other with compassion and understanding
* **Respect for Diversity**: Value different perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds
* **Constructive Communication**:
  * Provide thoughtful, actionable feedback
  * Receive feedback with an open mind
* **Accountability**:
  * Own your mistakes
  * Learn and grow from constructive criticism
* **Community-First Mindset**: Prioritize the collective success of the project over individual interests

### Behaviors We Do Not Tolerate

* Sexualized language or imagery
* Trolling, insulting, or derogatory comments
* Personal or political attacks
* Public or private harassment
* Sharing private information without explicit consent
* Any conduct that would be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

## Enforcement Responsibilities

### Community Leaders Commit To:

* Clarify and enforce community standards
* Provide fair and consistent moderation
* Communicate the rationale behind moderation decisions
* Protect the privacy and safety of all community members

### Reporting Misconduct

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it to:

* **GitHub Issues**: Use the "Conduct Violation" template in our repository

All reports will be:

* Reviewed promptly
* Handled with confidentiality
* Addressed objectively

## Enforcement Guidelines

### 1. Correction

**Impact**: Unprofessional or unwelcoming behavior

**Response**:

* Private written warning
* Clear explanation of the violation
* Opportunity for improvement

### 2. Warning

**Impact**: Repeated or significant inappropriate interactions

**Response**:

* Formal warning
* Temporary restrictions on community interactions
* Specified period of no direct communication

### 3. Temporary Ban

**Impact**: Serious or sustained inappropriate behavior

**Response**:

* Temporary suspension from community spaces
* No public or private interactions
* Clear path to reinstatement

### 4. Permanent Ban

**Impact**: Repeated violations or severe misconduct

**Response**:

* Permanent removal from all community spaces
* No further interaction permitted
